Our Strategic Goals

1

Model Intersection Transformation

Select gridlocked hubs like Begum Bridge Choupla and Kanker Khera Police Station sector and convert them into self-regulating, model intersections.

2

Empowering Rural Youth

Enroll unemployed rural youth in certified NIOS vocational programs for Security Services and Fire Prevention.

3

On-the-Job Public Service

Deploy trained candidates alongside public volunteers (RSS, NCC, general citizens) to clear roadside bottlenecks and enforce parking discipline.

4

Government Funding Mobilization

Petition Chief Ministers of UP, MP, and other states to fund NIOS training fees from state welfare budgets for rural trainees.

The 6 Golden Rules — Every Citizen's Pledge

1

Park on Center Stands

Always park two-wheelers upright on the main center stand. Side stands cause vehicles to tilt diagonally, wasting an extra 1 foot of road width unnecessarily.

2

Eliminate Diagonal Parking

Never park four-wheelers at awkward angles. Align them parallel to the curb or within designated parking markings.

3

Minimize Personal Vehicle Use

A large personal vehicle for a short trip is not a status symbol. Reduce unnecessary trips to save time, money, and national fuel reserves.

4

Adopt Bicycles

Follow the European model: daily bicycle use improves cardiac health and keeps cities green.

5

Trading Community Responsibility

Shop owners must actively ensure staff and customers park in organized, single-file lines well away from active traffic lanes.

6

Meerut Leads the Nation

The 1857 freedom struggle began in Meerut. Let this traffic revolution and civic discipline also ignite here and inspire all of India.

Mahila Suraksha Samman

Recognizing Everyday Heroes

Public intervention in crimes or harassment against women is critically low due to fear and lack of civic encouragement. The institute proposes the formal institutionalization of the "Mahila Rakshak Award".

  • Citizens who show exemplary courage to protect a woman or child will be formally honored by local organizations and state administration.
  • Photos of verified honorees will be published in mainstream newspapers to inspire civic responsibility.
"We will straighten our motorcycles on center stands and teach others to do the same; we will actively create space for fellow commuters." "Move the vehicle away from the lane and park it right, so no one labels our driving an amateur sight." "Become a proactive partner in smooth transits — clear your vehicle from active roadways." "As civil citizens of a proud metropolis, let us uphold its dignity by parking only inside dedicated parking grounds."
